Uber PNW Community and Driver Engagement

Problem
Decrease negative sentiment about Uber in the Seattle area

Solution
I led the development of a content strategy to assist Uber in communicating about its community initiatives with minority and underrepresented communities in the Seattle area. I also provided counsel to Drive Forward Seattle – a nonprofit partially funded by Uber, about how to communicate the benefits of being an independent driver and the opportunities TNCs create for entrepreneurial-minded people.

Results
Decreased negative sentiment about Uber in the Seattle area and traction with galvanizing the independent driver community in Seattle.
