Formalize LumaTouch User Research Program

I created a recurring usability testing format to test new features and channel customer feedback into app development at LumaTouch.

Collaborating with the director of quality assurance, lead product designer, and lead engineer I created a framework for recruiting candidates, designed monthly studies based on upcoming product features as dictated by the product designer, and ran usability tests for the company. 

For three years we held monthly usability tests where I brought in customers to test new features and provide feedback. This streamlined the development of LumaFusion and led to releases with fewer bugs and happier customers.
